This is our regularly scheduled maintenance and neither students nor staff are expected to be exposed to to the organic compounds at concentrations greater than established as safe. However, we do realize that some people are unusually sensitive to materials that are required to perform this work. A copy of the material safety data sheet for the products being used is on file at the school For further information, please contact CCSD's facility services division.

Tomorrow is Nevada Moves Day and that means that at Nate Mack we're all going to get moving! Any student walking or riding a bike to school will be eligible to win prizes. It may be a bit chilly in the morning, so please dress warmly.
And speaking of moving, our annual Field Day will take place this Friday morning and we're still looking for volunteers to help. If you're eligible to volunteer this month, please consider coming out for the fun. Just call the school to sign up or come on in and we'll get you on our list. Due to the nature of this event, we cannot accommodate siblings or strollers. We hope you can come and help during this fun day!
And lastly, our Lost and Found is overflowing. Please check out all of the items in our hallway before the end of the day on Friday. We will be donating all unclaimed items over spring break.

The Family and Community Engagement Services (FACES) is a new department in the Clark County School District. We know that students thrive when their families are engaged in helping them learn. Family engagement is a partnership recognizing the collaboration between family, school and community to make sure every student succeeds.
The Nate Mack community works together to meet the individual needs of all students by building meaningful academic, personal, and cultural connections. These connections are made through classroom instruction, integrated technology, and unique experiences that promote global awareness.
To prepare our students for the demands of the 21st century, we use data to drive standards-based instruction and maximize growth in all students. Students strive to meet high academic expectations and personal goals.
The Nate Mack staff model lifelong learning by continually refining and improving our practice through professional development, collaboration, and self-reflection.
