An update on our beloved Nik Davison:
Nik continues to fight Leukemia from his hospital bed in Summerlin. Despite the pain and trouble of ongoing treatment, Nik has a positive attitude and is spreading light to everyone who he encounters on this journey. Thank you for supporting Nik last Friday through your participation in Parents' Night Out. With your help, we were able to raise funds to help pay for some of Nik's medical costs. We continue to support him with notes/cards and our spare change drive, in addition to his online support page (see the link to the right). His Cub Scout pack is selling NIK STRONG wristbands for $1 which are also available at our school.
Please take a moment to cast your vote for the parent representatives who will work on our School Organizational Team the remainder of this year, through September 30, 2017. Four of these dedicated parents will give important input into our school decisions and will work closely with the principal and four other staff members to make ongoing improvements to Nate Mack. Your vote is important, so please click on the link below by the end of the day on Friday, December 16, 2016. Thank you!

The Family and Community Engagement Services (FACES) is a new department in the Clark County School District. We know that students thrive when their families are engaged in helping them learn. Family engagement is a partnership recognizing the collaboration between family, school and community to make sure every student succeeds.
The Nate Mack community works together to meet the individual needs of all students by building meaningful academic, personal, and cultural connections. These connections are made through classroom instruction, integrated technology, and unique experiences that promote global awareness.
To prepare our students for the demands of the 21st century, we use data to drive standards-based instruction and maximize growth in all students. Students strive to meet high academic expectations and personal goals.
The Nate Mack staff model lifelong learning by continually refining and improving our practice through professional development, collaboration, and self-reflection.
